Description:
A mouth-blown glass bowl with tapered shape and stepped walnut lid. A contemporary serving piece for sweets or nuts. Can be placed inside the larger City bowls to build a nesting set.
Skilled glassblowers gather and blow the glass bowl into a wooden mould to create the shape. The rim is melted by a flame to create a soft rounded finish. The lid is shaped from American walnut and treated with food safe oils to bring out the grain and depth of color. The wood is sourced from sustainably-managed forests.
