General Domestic Shipping

All Domestic US shipping is by UPS. All in-stock orders are shipped from Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 3-10 days. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value.

For larger-sized items and furniture, we charge our surcharge shipping which can range from 10% to 15% of subtotal and based on the particular item and total weight of the package. Surcharge shipping fees will be indicated on the on the checkout screen.

We only ship to PO boxes via UPS at this time for standard shipping.

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US and Canada. 

Local Delivery

Local furniture delivery is available within the Chicago area. This service is available in a 50 mile radius from the zip code 60137, incurring a flat rate of $250.00. 

Domestic Freight Shipments

Standard freight shipments are not able to ship to Hawaii. Please call for a quote to ship to Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may occur when shipping freight items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, MA & KS. These charges are applied at checkout.

Freight Carriers

Collected does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies. 

We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery. Collected will not be held responsible for any damages after inspection upon delivery.  It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately. Collected will happily accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue.

Lead Times

We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed. To check on the status of your order at any time, please email us at orders@pocollected.com.

Back Ordered Items

In stock items ship within 2-3 weeks. If an item is backordered, the estimated date of restock will display per item under the 'add to cart' button. Please make your selection for estimated lead time. If no backorder date appears, the item is in stock.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 10 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 10th day to be eligible for a refund. Please click the following link to be redirected to the returns center.  http://parkandoak.returnscenter.com

Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Park and Oak Collected cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

All custom orders, vintage pieces, furniture, artwork, books, sale items, and certain lighting are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
