Orders with in stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Larger freight items may take additional time. You will receive tracking as soon as it's been shipped.

We recommend creating a Customer Account so you can check on the status of your order. Here, you can find your estimated ship date as well as a complete history of all your orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 7th day to be eligible for a refund. Please visit our Returns page to begin a return for your order.

If we have not shipped your original order, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments.

At this time we are unable to process online returns in-store. There will be about a 2-3 day delay in return processing when bringing an online return to the shop.
